What Do You Need To Bring

Your pet must  be up to date on the following shots before boarding and any needed shots should be given 

at least three days before your dog comes to the kennel.

Canine Flu

This flu started in Florida, in a tight-knit group of greyhounds and is spreading around the country.  So far there are no cases in Maryland but there have been in Virginia and Pennsylvania and eventually it is going to get to Maryland.  In every facility where the flu has found it’s way in it has swept though ALL THE DOGS THERE.   My understanding is that the symptoms are not too different from Kennel Cough and that some dogs will have no symptoms at all, some moderate and a small percent may be so severely ill and may die.

This flu is HIGHLY contagious and our dogs have NO natural immunity

 Flu shot will be required for dogs who stay in the kennel from 1/1/10

Other Shots Required

Rabies 

DHLP/Parvo  (either 1 year or 3 year is acceptable)

Bordatella (updated yearly)

At your first visit of the year please bring me a copy of your shot records
