FLEASWHAT ABOUT FLEAS?Fleas are not inevitable but, especially during the months of September, October and early November, they are very definitely a big risk. The weather often changes from hot to chilly or cold and the fleas just jump on the nice warm doggy and hop on into your house. All dogs who come to the kennel should be protected against fleas. These days there are many available products which, when applied correctly, keep dogs free of fleas. If you are not currently using such a product please contact your veterinarian who will help you decide what is right for your dog. |
